Travis began his professional career in the trenches of two of the nation’s best law
firms – Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs and Paul, Hasting, Janofsky & Walker. Utilizing the
experience of practicing corporate law for several years, Travis founded VenuLex with
another attorney where their early mission was to provide legal resources for professional
member organizations. Within a couple years, VenuLex made the transition to providing
web-based solutions to those same organizations. Transforming VenuLex into a full-service
technology company, Travis has pushed VenuLex forward to providing cloud-based enterprise
solutions for financial institutions from coast to coast. Travis received his B.A. from Boston
College and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Frank DeFilippis leads Marketing and Business Development for the company,
leveraging more than 15 years in technology sales. Frank brings VenuLex
consumer marketing savvy from Apple Computer as well as experiences from a
series of successful ventures that have been featured in the Wall Street
Journal, USA Today and on Nightline with Ted Koppel. Frank holds of BSE in
Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

Kyle has provided software and software as a service to companies in and outside
the US for two decades. During the 1990s, he provided industrial automatic ID
solutions to companies large and small. He has also worked in the retail financial
services and investment banking industries. As a consultant to retail banks, Kyle
helped clients nationwide put in excess of $46 million in immediately measurable
new earning assets back on balance sheets. At VenuLex, Kyle has helped expand
SaaS clients to additional Pacific Coast and Northern States. Kyle majored in Finance
at the University of Georgia on full academic scholarship and graduated cum laude
with high honors.
