VenuLex was founded in 2000 by Travis Thayer, a graduate of Boston College and Vanderbilt Law School, to provide legal information to business professionals. Prior to founding VenuLex Travis practiced corporate law with the law firms of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs in Louisville, Kentucky and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker in Atlanta, Georgia.
